Something I forgot to tell you, New Braunfels has a German restaurant called Opa’s (Grandfather’s) and Austin has a Greek restaurant called Opas!

This is very valuable info!! If I ever see a German grandfather dancing, I’m totally gonna clap my hands and yell, “Opa, Opa!” (see, the first one was Greek, and the second one… you get it, you get it…)
