There’s people in NYC and ATX that dress like that for no reason.

Already 8+ years ago I took Intro to Law at ACC, in the old Austin High School now ACC Rio Grande campus (with evidence of segregation) and I met a young girl dressed like Cher from Clueless in a sharp suit skirt combo but not garish yellow. I told her she looked like a fashion magazine. She said thanks
