I’m pretty sure we had Cthulhu at a local teppanyaki place once… They were real sticklers about pronunciation, but people were like, “Pshh. Kuh-thoo-loo, Khlûl’-hloo, Tah-may-toe, Toe-mah-toe. Just pass the soy sauce, Dōmo arigatō.” Which I did find culturally insensitive. I think it’s respectful to say things properly!
Personally I hate seafood. We are not sharks. Why would people eat shrimp and not cockroaches? Theyre the same thing
Non-vegans eat seafood for the omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D… As for cockroaches, I think they’re beyond gross, but Renfield ate 'em, so… (shrug)
